Traveler appeared at the USC Town & Gown Awards Banquet at the Beverly Hilton honoring Leroy Neiman with Barron Hilton and Bill Tilley in attendance.

USC Band with Traveler at Beverly Hilton

Good Morning Joanne,

What an amazing day!!!

We cannot thank you and your wonderful horse and crew enough, there is so much buzz in the air and around campus how wonderful your beloved Traveler is. You made this day one of the most memorable days of our lives and many others. Barron Hilton was so very impressed with Traveler, he is talking about him to everyone he sees, The Beverly Hilton is still rocking from the excitement of the day, Traveler dancing in the ballroom.

Bravo to your crew and your amazing Traveler, this was a million dollar day before the million dollar moment. We believe in our hearts, Traveler was one of the aha moments of the day.

Thank you again,

Carol & Jan

Hi Carol,
We made it back safe and sound and not too tired. LeRoy and I had a lovely two days and want to thank you, Jan and the entire group that organized the Town and Gown event because it was terrific. LeRoy was touched by the warm friendly reception he received from everyone.

If you could give Traveler a couple of carrots or apples for his unbelievable patience, I would appreciate it and certainly he would too. What a fine noble animal and perfect mascot for USC.

Thank you and Jan for all your efforts in making the luncheon such a success.

Warm personal regards,

Lynn Quayle

Anheuser-Busch Commerical

Joanne and Justine:

Thank you again for all you did to make the Mascot
commercial/public service announcement for Anhauser-Busch and
NASULGC, the higher ed association, a success. Traveler was great,
and so poised (but you both know that!).  Sorry the shoot took so long,
but I'm told that is what always happens.

It will air during March Madness, and if I get specific dates and times
I will let you know. I also will send a photo of Traveler with the other
mascots when I get it from the crew.
Thanks again.

Tournament of Roses Equestfest 2006

Joanne:

It was a pleasure working with you!  The President of the TOR said this was one of the best Equestfest he had been to in years.  Others from the Executive Committee gave it rave reviews.  So I guess we must have done something right!   When is your next show? I might drop by.

Have a great and successful year!

Portuguese Bend National Horse Show

Hi Joanne:

Traveler was a huge success at the PBNHS this past weekend.  I received many compliments about him.  Most people thought he was a novel and fun addition to the show.  This year our show made more profit than ever.  Traveler and the publicity for him helped raise our attendance on Sunday!

Your staff was fabulous!  Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Here is a photo of some of the Peninsula Committee Children's Hospital USC Alumni.  It is a great photo.  Feel free to use it in your advertising.

Tuno's Appearance in a Hindu Wedding Ceremony

Joanne,

Thank you very much for all your hard work in bringing a prepared and well-dressed Tuno IV to the procession.  The groom's mother commented afterwards that he is a beautiful horse. You have now experienced first hand a Hindu wedding and the chaos surrounding it.  I appreciate you being creative and flexible and working with us to observe many of our customs while still making sure Tuno IV, the groom and the participants in the procession were safe and comfortable.  Maybe I'll run into you at the USC/Notre Dame game later this year.

Regards,

Ashok Tripathi
